UNE SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, AND INNOVATION COUNCIL (CONCITUNE).
This council is composed of Deans of Faculties and School Directors, with its main objective being to advise the Rector on the promotion of scientific and technological research, knowledge generation, dissemination and transfer, invention, innovation, scientific and technological education, technology development, and corresponding management.

The committees objective is to make proposals and recommendations that contribute to the continuous improvement of activities related to research, development, and innovation, following the policies of the National University of the East.

ASSOCIATION OF UNIVERSITIES OF THE MONTEVIDEO GROUP (AUGM)
The objective of the Association of Universities of the Montevideo Group (AUGM) is to promote the integration process by creating an extended common academic space based on scientific, technological, educational, and cultural cooperation among all its members.

INTERUNIVERSITY COOPERATION NETWORK IN ICT OF MERCOSUR (RECITIC)
The mission of the INTERUNIVERSITY COOPERATION NETWORK IN ICT OF MERCOSUR is to assist in strengthening research and teaching in the field of ICT, promoting the generation of collaboration projects, exchange, and the promotion of scientific and academic activities within the member institutions of the NETWORK.

CENTRAL WEST SOUTH AMERICA INTEGRATION ZONE (ZICOSUR)
The goal of this network is to promote actions for the development of the region and collaborate with the respective governments in identifying strategic axes that strengthen the decision-making process. Additionally, it aims to enhance the well-being of the inhabitants and build a comprehensive vision throughout the region, leveraging synergistic effects that can arise from its creation.
